The mounting pattern is 2 3 4" wide (same foot) x 2 5 8" long (to the opposite foot). The holes are 3 8" diameter for bolts. Width between the base is 7 8' diameter for line. Stands 2 1 4" total height. Has usual surface scratches from years of use. Off of an Alden Priscilla 1971, Picture of Boat included. No hardware included.
